Dosage and administration: Consume royal jelly by placing it under the tongue and dissolving it in the mouth.  In this way royal jelly enters the circulatory system directly because the area under the tongue well circulated and such ingestion gives the best effect.

The recommended maximum dose is 1 gram per day for adults, for preventive use, and in conditions caused by serious illness or surgery, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 2 grams daily.  For children over 2 years of age, a maximum dose of 0.5 grams is recommended.  Royal jelly is consumed with the attached teaspoon, which measures 1 gram of product.

Royal jelly is best used in the morning before meals.  It is not recommended to take royal jelly in the evening because royal jelly “boosts” energy in the body and can cause insomnia.  One of the essential elements for getting the right effect when using royal jelly is the very important thing that royal jelly should be taken continuously or regularly every day for a given period of time.

Method of storage: Special precautions are required to preserve royal jelly for an extended period.  Royal jelly is sensitive to light, temperature and air.  Fresh and pure royal jelly is stored in the freezer at -18 Celsius, and when opened for consumption until it is consumed in the refrigerator at +4 degrees and / or in the freezer and consumed within 30 days.

Royal jelly packaged appropriately (dark bottle, airtight lid) and stored in the freezer can be stored for up to a year, while one of the better ways of keeping royal jelly is in honey, because honey is a stabilizer and everything immersed in honey under controlled conditions can be preserved  for a long time.

Our home grown royal jelly acquired during May, June and July is a product in high value and quality and rightly described as the most perfect food, the elixir of life.

Our production of royal jelly is placed at our stationary bee community at the village Ruševo near Čaglina in the Požega-Slavonia county. What we intend to do and especially develop in the future is the improvement of the process and production of the royal jelly itself and products based on it.
