Chemical composition of honey
A drop of honey contains more than a hundred important ingredients for the body.  These are primarily sugars containing up to 75% (fructose 38%, glucose 30%, sucrose 1-2%, the rest being maltose and other disaccharides), water 18%, organic acids 0.3% (malic, tartaric,  citric), enzymes, minerals 0.2% (iron, copper, manganese, silicon, chlorine, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, etc.), vitamins C and B complex, and phytochemicals (flavonoids and phenols) that have oxidizing properties.  Since honey contains pollen grains, it also contains some protein.

Acacia honey from the hillsides of Papuk and Dilj, chestnut honey from Dvor on Una, flower honeys from Slavonia, from areas adjacent to Sava, and the meadow honey from the edges of Kopački rit in Baranja, as well as honey from Lika and Gorski Kotar, are honey produced by us. They come from our hard working bees, that we move to the best pastures to provide our customers the highest quality and completely natural honey.
