Characteristics: Lime tree honey has a bright light colour and of a mild flavour. Encourages sweating, it is good for digestion, soothes cramps and reduces pain. Useful with kidney issues because it encourages the extraction of harmful matter from the organism.
Use: Used separately but also with hot beverages as a healthy sweetener (tea, coffee, milkshake), for sweets, as spread and as an additive in salty meals. Most often used in tea.
Storage: Store at room temperature. If the honey crystallizes, place the jar in a container with warm water (max. 40°C)
