Product Description

Honey of the highest quality. Besides tasting great and being mild, his structure is very similar to acacia honey that crystallizes very slowly and is most appreciated because of it. Amorpha grows freely in the nature, it is not grown, therefore not treated, making its honey one of a natural pasture. Lonjsko field is the biggest swamp, but since there is less cattle, pastures are filled with the continuous growth of the amorpha. Amorpha grows alongside Sava and Odra, between Novska and Okučani, Jasenovac and Stara Gradiška. It flowers at the beginning of June.

It has a relaxing and soothing effect after every hard day.  The reddish hue implies a richness in mineral ingredients, which replenish the exhausted human organism. Recommended for the exhausted organism and as an energy boost at the end of the day.

Characteristics: Amorpha also known as false indigo bush honey is of a specific reddish colour, of a mild taste and smell. A good source of proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Use: Used separately, also with hot beverages as a healthy sweetener (tea, coffee, milkshake), for sweets, as spread and as an additive in salty meals. Excellent for many preparations and mixtures.

Storage: Store at room temperature. If the honey crystallizes, place the jar in a container with warm water (max. 40°C)
